Maintenance:

Rinse with warm water (do not use soap), and dry thoroughly.
Before cooking with the plainchant grill, apply vegetable oil to the cooking surface of your pan and pre-heat the pan slowly (always start over low heat, increasing the temperature slowly).
Once the utensil is properly preheated, you are ready to cook with the double sided grill pan.
TIP: Avoid cooking a lot of cold food in a pan, as this can promote sticking.
PLEASE REMEMBER: Handles will become very hot in the oven, and on the hob. Always use an oven glove to avoid burns when removing the oven grill or hob oven.
NEVER wash cast iron grill in the dishwasher.
