The offset firebox allows you to control the amount of heat and smoke entering the main chamber - increase the smoke for more intensity or decrease for a more subtle flavour. Why not experiment with varying degrees of smoke and heat with a whole range of meats, fish, cheese or nuts.

For even more versatility, use the whole BBQ and offset firebox together to create a huge direct cooking BBQ; or use the grills separately for smaller or medium capacity barbequing.

The integrated temperature gauge will help you to stay in control of the cooking temperature by keeping it low and slow for smoking or hot and fast for searing.
